Steve Ash
Founder & Director
As the founder of Ash Executive, his mission is to connect the finest investment delivery specialists, consultants and executives with top-tier teams across the investments ecosystem in Australia. He has spent over 10 years serving investment organisations, including traditional fund managers, alternative managers (private equity, private credit and infrastructure), insurance asset pools, institutional asset owners, custodians and investment administrators. Steve's approach has been praised for identifying high-caliber candidates and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Outside of work, Steve’s world revolves around family life, his wife, their two kids and the family dog. He’s an avid supporter of the Sydney Swans and Wests Tigers and he enjoys hitting the golf course whenever he can. Steve also keeps a strong focus on personal development and health and as a self-confessed bookworm, he often finds himself engrossed in a good historical fiction novel

With a solid background in recruitment and business operations, Natalie holds extensive experience in sourcing top talent across industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, wealth management, financial services and investments. A seasoned professional, Natalie has worked in recruitment for over 15+ years.
Starting her career in healthcare as an Enrolled Nurse, Natalie transitioned into recruitment, gaining significant expertise in various roles, from Recruitment Consultant to Operations Manager.
With a strong focus on integrity and quality outcomes, Natalie excels in building lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys traveling, trying cuisines from all over the world and has volunteered for local charities during international stints.
